Speaking outlines are especially helpful when you are feeling overwhelmed. They are essentially the “frozen frame” of your mind. It is when your awareness is stuck in a moment when you are lost in a thought or when you feel overwhelmed. This can happen at any time of the day, any place, any context.
So, what does a speaking outline look like? It is a picture of a room of your life. It is a window into your thoughts and feelings. It is your “I am here” image. It is your picture of the self. When you are speaking it is a picture of your physical embodiment. The more you practice it, the more of your body you will be able to see in the picture.
For example, if you’re in a room of your own choosing and you’re trying to figure out what is really happening to you, it will be like if you’re in a room of your own choosing and you’re trying to figure out what’s just happening to you.
Many people are so afraid of having their thoughts and feelings exposed that they often keep them hidden. This is what sometimes happens when you’re out of sight. If you’re using a piece of paper to take notes and your thoughts and feelings are all on it, then you can’t see the entire picture. This is why it is important to learn to speak your I am here image. This is why it is so important to learn how to speak your self-image.
You need to learn to speak your “I am here” image. Whether it be a piece of paper or a verbal statement. This is what you dont want to do. You want to keep your thoughts and feelings out of your public consciousness. This is why it is so important to learn how to speak your self-image.
Speaking outline is a bit different than thinking about whether or not to talk about it and being a part of it. You can’t hear the sound of my thoughts and feelings, or you can’t speak about yourself or what you think.
Speaking aloud is a very simple process. You just say out loud what you are thinking, feeling, and youre feeling is. You dont have to go in the book or anything. It is a very simple process that can be learned in the comfort of your own home, in a comfortable chair. And it is something you can do for as long as you wish.
