Rocko is an Australian company who is best known for their Rock-O-Matic (R-O-Matic?) portable console which they launched at the 2018 NAMM Show as a way to let the world use their video game platform on a handheld device. Unfortunately, after they launched, Rocko, at the point when consumers needed their product to be more convenient, the company went bankrupt and never saw the light of day again.
In this blog we share a little piece of rocko’s tragedy with you — in its best known forms — the game Rocko Clash! It’s a fun arcade style game, based around music and rock, and has some of the best music ever played in any musical arena.
Rocko Clash brings together all the best musical sounds of the 80s, 90s, and now present the game that changed all music. I’m not going to give specific hints due to the fact that there is no definitive timeline of when any of these great tunes were composed. However, you can be sure they were all influenced by one of the artists in their musical selections.
There are also some great games available as a desktop app from your computer. I like the way one of these game works but you can also stream the game, play games of your choice and take in the amazing sound of it. You can see my recommendation for Rocko Clash on the App Store now.
I do not use my phone. I am not a phone user that wants to be forced into something. I don’t like looking at my phone everytime I go somewhere, or if I go out of the house, especially a restaurant. I also don’t really enjoy the notification of having my phone with me, especially when I am on a hike where I want to really concentrate on my day-to-day tasks.
