My name is Nando, I am a designer from India and I am doing my masters in IT at IIT Bombay. Currently, I am in full lean food cooking mode and making smoothies with the help of my friend Anubha. I wish to share this kind of cooking with you guys. I am excited to be here today and I hope you would like my recipes as much as I do. I have created many of my smoothies inspired by Indian soups.
I started learning Indian cooking from the Internet to prepare food at home. Today, I am making vegan recipes, like these healthy and spicy vegetable soup, to get the taste of Indian recipes. Just like the vegetable soup here on the internet, you will see me mixing my own spices with vegetables but am using all-natural ingredients. Since I am using some of the best Indian ingredients like the green peas, green chilies, turmeric seeds and saffron.
I am doing a blog course at SSPI, which is a leading global institute that educates and trains thousands of people each year. In the course, each student will learn a unique skill and practice them on their own, to improve their skills. The course comes with a 30-day training camp that includes daily instruction. I am starting a blog series which will have a mix of recipes, nutrition tips, quizzes, and other online activities.
Every good chef is very knowledgeable and passionate about his food. I can vouch for that myself, and I have studied abroad for a couple of years. You can find me teaching people at events or I am doing a cooking class where I teach how to make curry and Indian food for real home cooked. I will talk about my Indian cooking and I will teach you to cook Indian food.
This blog series will be hosted on Instagram @gourmet_nandodar- you will be the first to know about the events here and my cooking classes. There will be recipes and nutrition tips from the Indian side to give you an edge to improve on your cooking skills.
Indian food recipes can be really tricky, especially if you don’t know how to cook exactly the right amount of spices. I am doing a series of food blog that helps you to know exactly how much you should cook and how to cook it very deliciously. It will be focused on the Indian subcontinent which is quite a big subcontinent. The dishes will include the usual Indian curries and main dishes like Masala and Korma.
My blog is about food and all food related stuff, and it is named ‘nanda and me’. I am going to share some of my foodie recipes that will be available soon. I am not going to talk about recipes or vegan recipes or vegetarian recipes, that’s too much work and will make it a little hard for those who don’t understand Indian food and how to cook the food the way I show in this blog.
I’m still loving food. I am really trying to cook all the Indian food and do the cooking and making it all the time. My favorite Indian food is curd rice, which I discovered in the South of India and I am cooking this dish even now. I have been eating Indian food since childhood, so thats not hard. I love Indian food like I love Italian food, Thai food, french food, Thai curry.
