We all have been told that there are no accidents without warnings and the fact is, many of the most serious accidents in our society are the result of the negligence of others. We all have those situations in life where we’ve gone astray, missed a turn, or got ourselves in an unpleasant situation. Not all of us take this thing to the extreme, but some things we should remember when we are in one.
The game of playing the game of life, and having those moments in time that make us laugh. It is just one example of these occasions we can look back and enjoy, and it really reminds me that all of us should take what life has to throw at us and be thankful that our life was not marred by illness or tragedy.
My new book, It was just a game (it wasnt, but its a fun one to write) Old blog: I’m happy to report that this blog was written not because I felt sorry for myself, but rather I felt sorry for all of the guys out there who might be suffering the same sort of issues.
After a long search that began with reading the words “a husband needs to be a dad” I have found that while that is something that many women are seeking, it is not the way for everyone in today’s society. A dad is not a dad if the son he has is a bad boy. Old blog: It’s hard to overstate the importance of being a mom.
The very essence of being a parent really shines through when parents are together. I had the opportunity to watch my mother grow and live as part of the family and now find myself being able to do the same for a mom. To see the joy the entire family has for this special person is just priceless.
My book ‘It was just a game’ has taken years to come together, and I hope that it helps other women to just find their own path.I found that the simple thing is to tell a woman how much she is worth and how she can be more than what other folks think of her.I guess I never understood the concept of being a hero at the time, but when they find they are being a hero, that is just too interesting.
This book is filled with quotes from the greatest athletes, writers, artists, business moguls, business leaders, and the coolest people I have ever known. You will read about and learn that life isn t an exact science. I have seen it time and again and even if youre not a fan of sports, you are in for a treat.
